Manage and supervise daily soft services operations across a manufacturing facility ensuring standards in cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service quality in multiple areas including production, offices, canteen, washrooms, and external spaces.
Oversee vendor management, manpower scheduling and performance, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and compliance with EHS standards at the site level.
Prepare and submit various operational and compliance reports while coordinating with internal stakeholders to address complaints and support audits/visits.
Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience specifically in soft services or facility management.
Experience or preference for manufacturing/industrial environment work setting.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Experienced in end-to-end management of multi-functional soft services within a manufacturing or industrial facility context.
Capable of handling operational vendor and manpower coordination, ensuring SLA compliance and staff discipline.
Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with EHS regulations and workplace hygiene standards.
