About This Role
- Prepare and review financial statements and regulatory reports (Balance sheet, PnL, SOI, Notes) following US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP, Irish GAAP.
- Act as subject matter expert and manage a team, ensuring process initiatives, efficiency gains, and meeting SLAs.
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers and prepare MIS reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-11 years of experience in Fund Accounting/Financial Reporting for hedge funds or mutual funds.
- 2-4 years of team handling experience.
- Education: B.Com, M.Com or postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications like CA, CFA, CPA preferred.
- Knowledge/experience with Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income securities, and financial reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, or Irish GAAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in middle office processing, fund accounting, and financial reporting for capital markets, preferably with BPO or captive background.
- Ability to handle regulatory disclosures such as Form PF and manage process setup or migration from onshore.
- Strong communication, domain expertise, and proficiency in MS Office, suitable for handling shift and flexible work hours.
