About This Role
- Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes including consolidation of submissions, variance analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
- Build and maintain financial models, track loan compliance reporting, and collaborate with US counterparts to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or CA inter/CMA inter preferred.
- 2–4 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling skills.
- Work location: Vadodara (Work From Office); Job timings: 2 PM – 11 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with monthly and annual financial reporting as well as advanced budget and forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills focused on accurate financial data validation, variance and trend analyses, and KPI tracking including cash flow and valuation metrics.
- Comfortable working in cross-border teams, particularly collaborating with US-based counterparts and managing loan compliance and complex financial models.
