Own end-to-end functional solution delivery including requirements analysis, documentation (BRD, user stories), backlog prioritization, and sprint planning using Jira.
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and successful solution delivery, managing expectations and roadblocks.
Drive understanding of business value and metrics, train and mentor junior team members as needed.
At least 3 years of experience working with US Healthcare Payer clients.
Strong knowledge of US Healthcare domain, especially payer and provider healthcare value chain.
Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experienced business analyst or technologist with strong exposure to US Healthcare insurance and payer analytics domain.
Hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, functional documentation, and stakeholder management within software development projects, preferably in Agile environments.
Ability to work both as an individual contributor and mentor junior colleagues, managing communication with onshore stakeholders and senior executives.
