About This Role
- Analyze and develop business requirement documents (BRD), translate requirements into user stories, and manage backlog prioritization using Jira.
- Own end-to-end functional solution development including validating workflows, technical requirements, and evaluating product solutions to meet business needs.
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams, manage communication, mentor juniors, and drive business metrics to optimize healthcare solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with US Healthcare Payer clients.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories), stakeholder management, and knowledge of SDLC with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Basic SQL knowledge and proficiency with tools like Jira, Visio, Draw.io.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience from top-tier colleges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in US Healthcare insurance and payer analytics with a strong understanding of healthcare business verticals and terms.
- Skilled in breaking down complex business problems into structured data analysis and making judgment-driven decisions with incomplete information.
- Capable of functioning independently and mentoring juniors, comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders including VPs and product managers.
