About This Role
- Partner with stakeholders to understand and document laboratory genomics workflows and business processes including Sanger, NGS, Arrays, and Sample Management.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation throughout the software development lifecycle, supporting globally distributed teams and compliance with healthcare/laboratory standards.
- Drive process improvements and support delivery of scalable Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting Healthcare, Genomics, or Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or equivalent.
- Work Experience Required: 9-12 years as Business Analyst with at least 5 years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex genomics or healthcare laboratory environments with deep knowledge of sequencing workflows and LIMS.
- Skilled in bridging business needs and technology, working effectively with global, cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers, and quality teams within Agile frameworks.
- Proficient in business process modeling, requirement management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira), and UAT coordination focused on delivering compliant, scalable lab solutions.
