About This Role
- Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise IAM and IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ including workflows, rules, and provisioning processes.
- Integrate SailPoint with multiple authoritative sources and applications (HR systems, LDAP, Active Directory, databases, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Troubleshoot, validate, and optimize IdentityIQ workflows, provisioning, certifications, and compliance-related processes while ensuring secure deployment and governance alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, integration, deployment, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ or relevant IAM/IGA certification is required.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant SailPoint IAM domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in implementing full lifecycle IAM solutions including access governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes.
- Strong technical skills in developing/customizing IdentityIQ workflows, rules (Java, BeanShell), and application onboarding within complex enterprise environments.
- Experienced in multi-system integrations, troubleshooting, secure configuration management, and collaboration with architects and security stakeholders.
