About This Role
- Coordinate and ensure timely execution of cargo operations activities including vessel load/discharge, terminal coordination, and documentation.
- Manage compliance and accuracy in cargo handling processes, monitor exceptions, and maintain operational records and reporting.
- Track key performance indicators such as Loaded as Booked (LAB), process accuracy, timeliness, and variable/terminal-related costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Graduate degree from any field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience specifically in transportation or cargo operations.
- Strong knowledge of cargo operations and terminal processes.
- Proficiency in relevant business systems and IT tools used in cargo operations.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end cargo operations workflows with a focus on operational accuracy and compliance.
- Capable of effective coordination among multiple stakeholders including terminals, customs, and partners under time-sensitive conditions.
- Demonstrates accountability for measurable KPIs and process improvement in cargo handling environments.
