About This Role
- Support trade operations and customer service on ICE Endex Spot platform for European physical gas markets.
- Ensure compliance with nomination timelines for transmission system operators related to pipeline flow scheduling.
- Monitor system health, produce operational reports, update procedures, and handle trade disputes and customer queries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service/support experience.
- Exposure to commodity markets, financial trading, or equity brokerage is essential; futures markets exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work varying shifts and weekends.
