About This Role
- Coordinate and ensure timely execution of cargo operations including vessel load/discharge, terminal coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain operational accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to SLA targets.
- Monitor, report, and reconcile actual vs planned cargo operations data and manage special handling cases and cargo exceptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in transportation or cargo operations.
- Graduate degree from any field is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cargo operations and terminal processes.
- Proficiency in business systems and IT tools used in cargo operations.

- Experienced in handling end-to-end cargo operations in a terminal or shipping environment.
- Operationally focused with ability to manage multiple coordination tasks and stakeholder communications under pressure.
