Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise IT with strong expertise in storage technologies.
Proficient in NetApp (Cluster and 7-Mode) for at least 5 years, Brocade, and AWS cloud concepts and technologies.
Knowledge of at least one scripting language: Terraform, Ansible, Shell, or Python.
Location: Bangalore; Degree-level education preferred; ITIL or service management framework experience required.

Experienced in managing large-scale storage infrastructure in enterprise environments with broad IT infrastructure knowledge.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and driving operational efficiency through automation and monitoring.
Comfortable working across onshore and offshore teams with strong customer and service management capabilities.
