About This Role
- Own development and maintenance of Speech Output Tools and DevOps activities including CICD pipelines on Jenkins and Gitlab.
- Analyze pipeline failures, add new features, and improve tool performance related to TTS and voice package builds.
- Contribute hands-on to new AI product development, particularly in deploying and monitoring speech and language AI/ML models.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of Python programming experience.
- Exposure to DevOps tools including CICD, Jenkins, Gitlab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML activities.
- Location: Hinjewadi, Pune (implied onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in maintaining and improving CICD pipelines with a focus on speech technology products.
- Comfortable working on AI and MLOps tasks related to model deployment and monitoring.
- Prior experience in AI-focused companies or with cloud AI services (Azure AI preferred) is advantageous but not mandatory.
