About This Role
- Own delivery and ongoing management of reliable, scalable data solutions supporting business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead data and change production support, manage Business-as-Usual (BAU) changes including analysis, testing, implementation, and readiness.
- Lead and develop team performance, fostering accountability, providing mentorship, and managing capacity and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Proven experience in asset management operations with demonstrated support of fund accounting operations.
- Mandatory intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Oracle SQL Developer).
- Proven leadership experience with team management, preferably in change management functions.
- In-office work required at least 3 days per week, with specified shift timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
