About This Role
- Lead engineering execution and delivery of enterprise software applications including embedded devices, frontend web, and backend services.
- Manage and develop software teams focusing on full stack and UI development, ensuring quality, on-time releases within budget in an agile environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for product development, talent management, and modernization to support utility software solutions on-premise and cloud.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience with at least 1 year managing and leading development teams.
- Experience with full stack development using Java, C#, React, or JQuery, and agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in software engineering best practices, source control (Git), code collaboration tools, and DevOps using Github CI/CD pipeline.

- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary and multi-regional software engineering teams delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong strategic orientation with ability to align software product development with business goals in utility solutions domain.
- Skilled in talent management including hiring, retention, succession planning, and promoting agile and SAFe methodologies across teams.
