About This Role
- Lead the design, development, testing, and support of enterprise-grade technology solutions end-to-end for complex business capabilities in an Agile environment.
- Drive engineering excellence within own team and influence across multiple teams via technical leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Engage deeply in problem framing, root-cause analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with business, IT peers, and vendor partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in software engineering and technology solution delivery.
- Proficient with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS Cloud, microservices architecture, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Generative AI tools in SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex) and AWS services including EKS, Terraform; Experience with Python, Kafka, Redis, ELK; Experience building AI solutions using LLMs and AWS Bedrock.
