About This Role
- Design, develop, and own scalable test automation frameworks and reusable components covering UI (Web/Mobile), API, and integration layers.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) to enable continuous delivery and shift-left quality practices.
- Take ownership of end-to-end quality outcomes including manual, exploratory, and regression testing to ensure comprehensive validation across all application layers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software testing experience with strong focus on automation.
- Proficient programming skills in at least one language among C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Swift.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Cypress), API testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipeline integration (Azure DevOps).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks and reusable test components at scale.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with responsibility for quality engineering practices and sprint commitments.
- Capable of balancing automated and manual testing strategies to ensure coverage of critical flows, edge cases, and non-automatable scenarios while owning quality outcomes.
