About This Role
- Develop and execute QA strategy for trading and analytics platforms focused on performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including technical guidance and career development.
- Collaborate with trading desks, users, and development teams; drive continuous improvement and participate in UAT and incident analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of software QA experience strictly in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks and CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins/Gitlab CI.
- Proficiency in Python or Java; hands-on experience with AI/ML/GenAI test practices, API and data pipeline testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of capital markets, investment banking domain, and equity trading markets.
- Experience operating at senior QA leadership level with strategic thinking and risk-aware mindset.
- Technical leadership in complex financial software environments involving trading systems and regulatory knowledge (MiFID II, Reg NMS).
