About This Role
- Oversee strategic initiatives in Cyber Defense domain ensuring updated and secure systems.
- Drive AI solution implementations and establish development templates for technical teams.
- Manage tech staff, review and oversee tech solutions, conduct risk assessments, and drive initiatives to closure with high quality within agreed timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in technology development and design.
- Expertise in Java Tech Stack (Java, JDK, JSP, Spring Boot), Database, Mainframe, OS, Cloud, Angular, Information Security/Cyber Security.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with infrastructure technologies such as WebSphere, Tomcat, JBPM, Solace, MQ, Oracle (ORAS), RHEL, NDM, and Sonarcube.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and projects in fast-paced environments.
- Able to provide technical oversight and drive POCs while balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Expertise in cyber defense architecture and ability to design, modify, and manage secure technology solutions across systems and applications.
