Lead administration and technical governance of complex SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP CAR, SLT, and SAP HANA systems across production and non-production environments.
Manage SAP systems under RISE with SAP, coordinating incidents, service requests, maintenance, upgrades, backups, restores, and connectivity with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and internal teams.
Own SAP Basis operations including system health monitoring, performance analysis, upgrades, security/compliance controls, audit readiness, disaster recovery, and technical leadership for SAP environment enhancements and transformations.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP and SaaS services experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage SAP transitions to modern ERP platforms and lead operational excellence with automation and audit compliance.
Experienced in coordinating across global teams and vendors, with strong troubleshooting and project management skills in complex SAP ecosystems.
