About This Role
- Design, implement, automate, and support AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and release processes for software products.
- Ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery by integrating DevSecOps practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams, driving automation, security, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline management using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience required in Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation), and implementing DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls.

- Experienced in supporting production cloud environments and customer-facing applications with strong operational support capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and drive adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation best practices in a global agile environment.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with globally distributed engineering teams and US-based stakeholders; comfortable with ~10% travel requirement.
