Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and drive adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation best practices in a global agile environment.
Capable of collaborating effectively with globally distributed engineering teams and US-based stakeholders; comfortable with ~10% travel requirement.
