About This Role
- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform components primarily in Customer Service Management (CSM) and its integrations with enterprise applications.
- Lead system integrations, automations, and implement SCRUM/Agile methodologies to design workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and security controls in ServiceNow.
- Research, plan, and deliver technical solutions aligned with the ServiceNow roadmap, including managing updates, patches, and complex requirements evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical resource designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in Web Technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP.
- Experience with integration using SOAP and REST APIs and scripted Web Services.
- Work Location: Bangalore, India; Workplace type: Hybrid; Travel less than 10%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Enterprise Service Management processes with strong understanding of ServiceNow UI design, Service Portal configuration, and analytics.
- Skilled in advanced scripting including notifications, UI pages, Client Scripts, and ACLs within ServiceNow.
- Able to independently research complex business problems, propose alternative solutions, and drive implementation.
