About This Role
- Develop and implement generative AI solutions and machine learning pipelines to address complex business challenges within the insurance domain.
- Collaborate closely with business partners and data scientists to scope problems, gather requirements, and integrate data using APIs and pipelines on Azure platform.
- Ensure production-quality code adhering to security and performance standards, working with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI tools (Jenkins).
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning with strong Python programming skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and designing scalable ML/NLP systems.
- Located in Bangalore, India; Full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in production-level machine learning, especially with generative AI and NLP techniques including zero-shot/few-shot learning and fine-tuning.
- Proficient in building high throughput, low latency distributed ML architectures with containerized deployments and API integration.
- Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.
