About This Role
- Lead end-to-end QAD ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support, managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk.
- Manage large, geographically distributed teams and develop second-line leadership capabilities.
- Own customer relationships, escalate issues, drive governance and executive stakeholder communication, and support business growth through presales and solutioning activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with a strong background in QAD ERP project management.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex/global QAD ERP projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with QAD implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or support programs.
- Preferred: Project/Program Management certifications; Agile delivery methodology experience.
