About This Role
- Own the technical strategy, delivery, governance, and operational excellence of the ServiceNow platform for a large global enterprise.
- Lead design, development, delivery, and operational management of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and scalable enterprise requirements.
- Manage and govern platform architecture, ensure solution quality, drive platform adoption, and lead technical teams and stakeholder collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall professional experience.
- 12+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform including IT Operations, Security Operations, and HR Service Delivery modules (mandatory).
- 8+ years as ServiceNow Technical Architect or Solution Architect with experience managing large global ServiceNow environments and multi-partner delivery models.
- Location: Bangalore, India (Virtual Flex work location model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level ServiceNow architect with proven expertise in large-scale enterprise implementations and cross-functional team leadership.
- Experienced in platform governance, architecture review, managing technical debt, and partner oversight in global, multi-vendor settings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable to align technical delivery with business objectives and drive platform adoption culture.
