About This Role
- Advocate for customers to enhance user experience and prioritize software enhancements according to the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with software engineering and testing teams to refine and implement functional requirements and support global product launches and releases.
- Drive team productivity by eliminating inefficiencies and facilitating stakeholder groups to meet business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Development, Marketing with product management emphasis, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a software product owner role or equivalent.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experienced working in Agile development environments with knowledge of requirements management tools like Jama.
- Operates with a customer-focused mindset driving product delivery and improvements based on user experience.
- Effective facilitator capable of leading small to medium-sized internal stakeholder groups to align and achieve business objectives.
