About This Role
- Design, develop, and improve cloud-native distributed AI platform software, owning platform subsystems end-to-end.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Lead and influence in software delivery practices, including secure coding, unit testing, and knowledge sharing, while advising on risk management and operational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing and owning cloud-native distributed systems on platforms like AWS with Kubernetes (EKS).
- Strong programming skills in Python (FastAPI/asyncio), or Go/Java for production APIs and microservices.
- Experience with GenAI/Agentic AI tools such as LangGraph/LangChain or Google ADK, MCP/A2A, RAG pipelines, LLM integration.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru or Pune office.

- Experienced in building and operating scalable AI platform subsystems with cloud-native technologies at scale.
- Comfortable leading complex technical projects involving integrations of AI/ML models and secure distributed systems.
- Proven ability to consult on risk, controls, and operational policies within a large enterprise technology environment.
