About This Role
- Develop and maintain strategic and communication materials such as pitchbooks, townhall decks, and monthly dashboards for the Private Bank India Centre.
- Support execution of strategic and people initiatives, including program management and coordination of leadership communications.
- Track and analyze financial and headcount data, deliver management reporting, and assist in documentation of control frameworks and agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in Business Management, Consulting, or Strategy roles with total industry experience exceeding 8 years.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and spreadsheet tools; strong ability to create coherent business narratives from data.
- Experience with Banking and Wealth Management domain and proven use of AI tools to improve workflow and analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional with a background in strategy, consulting, or business management within Banking or Wealth Management.
- Capable of managing strategic communication and operational coordination for senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to apply AI tools responsibly for business problem solving and workflow optimization.
