Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, requirement management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Deep expertise in laboratory workflows including Sanger, NGS, Arrays, and Sample Management with strong domain understanding of Genomics LIMS.
Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams in a global delivery context, managing stakeholder communication and Agile delivery processes.
Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in complex healthcare or biotechnology environments.
