Minimum Requirements

- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in IT recruitment for UK region.

- Experienced in recruiting for contract IT positions and familiar with UK compliance and hiring practices.
- Comfortable using modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools to maintain recruitment data and reports.
