About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for European markets including DACH, Germany, Netherlands, and other EU regions.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels; build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics, ensuring strong candidate experience throughout the process.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience, specifically supporting hiring across Europe, DACH, and broader EU markets.
- Familiarity with EU hiring regulations, work authorization, EU citizenship, and Blue Card processes.
- Experience recruiting for roles across Sales, Marketing, HR, Project, Technology, and Legal functions.
- Any graduate degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-border recruitment assignments across multiple functional domains simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills derived from partnering with hiring managers and executing regional/global hiring initiatives.
- Experience in RPO, staffing, or multinational recruitment environments with successful placements in niche or hard-to-hire roles.
