About This Role
- Advise senior leadership on technology strategies across applications, AI, infrastructure, and security for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Lead architecture design and hands-on development of Java-based platforms and AI/GenAI systems with focus on innovation, scalability, and compliance.

Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience (including work experience, training, military, or education).
- Deep hands-on expertise in Java development, AI-powered solution architecture, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale operating systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence architecture across multiple domains at an enterprise level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience influencing leadership in a global, matrixed environment.
