About This Role
- Lead daily property operations including implementation of building procedures, performance measures, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage client relationships as the primary contact to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Oversee site budget, financial operations, and vendor management ensuring compliance with contracts and procurement processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in facilities management or related fields.
- SCEM certification and working knowledge of occupational safety preferred.
- Exposure to life sciences environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Location: On-site Hyderabad, TS; Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48.

- Experienced in contract management, budget supervision, and stakeholder engagement within facilities management.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to resolve complex issues using quantitative and holistic approaches.
- Effective communicator comfortable working with diverse teams and managing vendor and property technical systems.
