About This Role
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day soft services including janitorial, pest control, and landscaping to maintain cleanliness and operational standards across a facility of at least 500,000 SFT.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service level agreements, conduct evaluations, and act as primary contact between facility users and service providers.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, manage work order systems, coordinate staff shift schedules, ensure health & safety compliance, and handle emergency procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in facilities management or related operations role with prior vendor management and contract administration experience.
- Experience managing large facilities (minimum 500,000 SFT).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts onsite in Bengaluru; Notice period: 1 month.

- Experienced in managing comprehensive soft services operations in large commercial facilities with measurable impact on service quality and compliance.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination capability, with focus on SLA monitoring and corrective actions.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts onsite and handling operational challenges including emergency response and regulatory compliance.
