Develop and coordinate system test concepts and objectives in collaboration with engineering leads and management.
Manage and guide one or more system test personnel, overseeing day-to-day test activities and resource allocation.
Lead execution of integration and formal system tests, including preparation of test plans, cases, procedures, and reporting status to management and customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B Tech), Master’s in Computer Application (MCA), or related field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in manual software testing.
Experience with complex engineering software testing; embedded environment testing is a plus.
Proficient in software development lifecycle concepts, databases, SQL, and familiar with languages/tools like C++, C#, JAVA, JIRA, TCP/IP, UNIX, VB; effective communication skills required.
Experienced in managing and mentoring system test engineering teams with responsibility for test planning and execution in complex projects.
Strong background in software testing within technical/embedded systems environments, ideally with transit domain or AFCS knowledge.
Skilled at interfacing with cross-functional teams including engineers and QA, and handling customer/vendor communications related to testing phases.
