End-to-end management of trade settlement lifecycle including resolution of settlement exceptions and coordination with brokers and custodians.
Daily trade confirmation and matching activities using electronic platforms and manual processes to ensure trade accuracy and compliance with SLAs.
Maintenance and validation of static data such as standing settlement instructions, security master, counterparties, and ensuring data governance and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
4 to 8 years of financial services experience in trade settlements, confirmation, static data management, custody or middle office operations.
Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, and settlement/confirmation processes including SWIFT messaging MT54x, MT599, MT3xx.
Location: Mumbai & Pune (onsite or location requirement stated).
Proven operational expertise handling global securities settlement and trade confirmation with strong risk and control adherence.
Experience with industry systems such as GTM, CTM, ALERT, TradeSuite, Bloomberg, Aladdin, Charles River, and SWIFT, indicating ability to operate in complex technology environments.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, brokers, custodians, and internal teams under strict SLAs and regulatory frameworks.
