About This Role
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews for Bengaluru GCC supporting Vacuum and Photonics businesses.
- Lead cost transparency, business and financial modeling, and provide insights on workforce planning for 500+ employees.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, coordinate audits, and support strategic initiatives including GCC scaling and investment governance.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualification mandatory.
- 12-15 years of progressive finance experience required, with strong background in FP&A, controlling, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and financial planning tools.
- Experience in GCC/shared services, engineering, manufacturing technology or industrial solutions preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior finance leader capable of partnering with GCC and global leadership balancing strategic support with financial control.
- Hands-on experience with tax, treasury, FP&A and controllership functions, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in global matrix organizations within industrial tech, engineering, photonics, or high-tech sectors.
