About This Role
- Lead Piramal Critical Care’s financial planning, management reporting, and budgeting/forecasting processes ensuring accurate, timely, and insight-driven reports across multiple entities and product lines.
- Own governance, automation, and continuous improvement of reporting systems including Anaplan, Qlik, and SAP/S4HANA to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Manage and develop a finance reporting team, delivering profitability analytics, KPI governance, cashflow reporting, and stakeholder presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; preference for candidates clearing CA on first attempt.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business finance partnering.
- Experience with planning and reporting systems such as Anaplan, Qlik, SAP/S4HANA, and advanced Excel models preferred.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years; Location: Kurla; Travel: Medium.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-entity, complex pharmaceutical or manufacturing finance environments with hands-on exposure to FP&A and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to lead finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives in planning and reporting functions.
- Skilled in delivering actionable financial insights and governance to senior stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
