About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of consultants and developers building custom Workday Extend applications, ensuring app quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
- Align staffing, skills, and delivery capacity with customer needs in partnership with Resource Management and regional consulting teams.
- Drive Extend practice growth within Workday's global delivery model, maintain deep Extend expertise, and contribute to strategic Professional Services initiatives including AI adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience implementing cloud-based enterprise systems including hands-on Workday platform experience.
- 5+ years experience in leading and developing high-performing consulting or technical teams.
- Workday Extend Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical depth in Workday Extend platform architecture and integrations with expertise in App Builder, Custom Business Objects, Workday Orchestrate, WQL, REST APIs, and tenant governance.
- Experience in managing agile delivery processes, sprint planning, and translating business needs into technical specifications for global teams.
- Demonstrated ability in leading practice-level strategic initiatives, especially in AI upskilling and adoption within consulting organizations.
