Proficiency with market data providers (ICE, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters) and strong MS Excel skills.
Flexible to work out of Manyata or Ecospace office locations as per business need.
Experienced in managing operational SLA adherence and process documentation in a critical financial services environment.
Strong analytical skills demonstrated by root cause analysis of errors and ability to implement controls.
Ability to handle escalation management, training delivery, and maintain high accuracy with attention to detail in a team setting.
