Own and enhance the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and FP&A platforms, including Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Essbase, and Power BI, supporting multi-entity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage data integrations, ensure data completeness and reconciliation, and support complex financial data sets relevant to asset management.
Drive Agile delivery processes, collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to translate requirements, design scalable system solutions, and maintain controls and governance aligned with SOX/ITGC.
7–10 years of experience in financial systems, FP&A technology, or EPM with proven partnership with Corporate Finance and FP&A teams.
Strong knowledge of FP&A in asset or investment management and experience with Agile or iterative delivery.
Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM tools, Power BI administration, Oracle Essbase, Tableau, SQL, and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.
Education or certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, MBA, or EPM vendor certification preferred.
Experienced individual contributor with deep domain expertise in financial planning and analysis technology within asset or investment management context.
Skilled in managing complex FP&A platform ecosystems, with operational accountability for system availability, performance, and SOX/ITGC alignment.
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional Agile environment, synthesizing finance and technology perspectives to deliver scalable, automated solutions.
