About This Role
- Drive advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions to improve end-to-end Supply Chain performance, including planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and fulfillment.
- Design, develop, and deploy diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive models and scalable analytical applications from ideation through adoption and production with cross-functional global teams.
- Build rapid AI-powered prototypes and MVPs, leveraging complex multi-source enterprise data, including SAP/ERP systems, while owning solutions end-to-end for measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Analytics Engineering, or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, and modern AI/ML technologies; experience with complex SQL queries and multi-source large datasets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 6–8 years in relevant analytics and AI roles, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain domains.

- Proven experience independently solving complex Supply Chain analytics problems with end-to-end delivery from problem definition to production deployment of AI/ML and analytics solutions.
- Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain processes and KPIs, with ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical and technical solutions.
- Comfortable working in a global, hybrid environment and managing stakeholder relations across business, analytics, and technology functions with a consulting mindset focused on measurable impact.
