About This Role
- Design and develop a high-throughput active-active microservice framework for dynamic traffic routing and load balancing across multisite deployments.
- Develop core Load Distribution engine using Finite State Machines, Weighted Average Score algorithms, and hysteresis for dynamic homing.
- Architect scalable API and messaging layers with gRPC and RabbitMQ, implement distributed leader election and consensus mechanisms using Consul Raft and LockAuthority.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang preferred; experience with C, C++, or Java also acceptable.
- Experience designing active-active multisite architectures handling network partitions and quorum scenarios.
- Familiarity with distributed messaging and database technologies such as gRPC, RabbitMQ, Apache Ignite/GridGain.
- Work Experience Required: 1 to 10 years in software engineering with distributed systems experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building large-volume transaction systems with end-to-end observability (OpenTelemetry, Kibana).
- Skilled in distributed systems design, concurrency control, and microservices architecture.
- Capable with enterprise security tooling (Vault, mTLS) and CI/CD automation using Docker.
