About This Role
- Manage end-to-end data operations, credit data analysis, and credit bureau reporting for lending partners.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure timely delivery of reports and high-quality operational output.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time within bureau workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Must work from Mumbai office (Onsite requirement).
- Minimum Graduate degree required.
- 10+ years total work experience with 1-2 years in managing teams.
- Experience working with top credit institution or credit bureau required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing or leading Data Correction or Data Load Teams within a credit bureau context.
- Strong financial domain knowledge combined with technical data analysis skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex client escalations and operational process enhancements.
