Own end-to-end category performance for Casting, Stamping, and Metal Sub-Assembly commodities focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and innovation.
Develop and implement global supplier and commodity strategies including supplier scouting, selection, negotiations, and localization initiatives to improve supply chain robustness and cost competitiveness.
Act as single point of contact for commercial and strategic matters, lead supplier performance reviews, manage risk, and ensure compliance with Bosch governance and sustainability standards.
8+ years of experience in strategic purchasing with knowledge of Machined, Casting, Stamping Sub assembly parts processes.
Engineering degree (B.E. / B-Tech in Mechanical / Industrial) or MBA.
Proficiency with SAP (MM Module) and experience with technical documents such as BOMs, Drawings, and Norms.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in strategic purchasing with relevant domain experience.
Experienced in complex supply chain and supplier management in manufacturing environments, especially with Machined, Casting, and Stamping parts.
Demonstrated ability in strategic category management including cost engineering, should-cost analysis, and commercial negotiations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams for integrated category and supplier strategies.
