About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle management of End User Computing (EUC) hardware assets including forecasting, procurement, deployment, recovery, and disposal ensuring inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
- Manage Incident, Service Request, and operational support through ITSM processes and tools including Microsoft Intune endpoint management and ServiceNow platform.
- Develop operational dashboards, process documentation, and drive process optimization, automation, and collaboration with business, security, procurement, and vendor teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Technology Operations experience or equivalent (via work experience, training, military experience, education).
- Strong understanding of Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM), ITSM & ITIL processes including Incident, Request, and Change Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- HAM Pro Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Familiar with data analytics, dashboard development (Power BI/Tableau), process documentation, and continuous improvement approaches.
