About This Role
- Coordinate and maintain supplier performance data including scorecards, KPIs, and review materials to monitor compliance with contractual commitments.
- Support supplier governance and risk monitoring activities, and manage follow-up on performance improvement actions.
- Assist with adoption and development of AI-enabled procurement solutions, including automation of supplier management tasks and data quality improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years work experience in procurement, supplier management, business support, data coordination, analytics, automation or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling, validation, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement or supplier performance management with a solid understanding of supplier governance and KPI monitoring.
- Comfortable working with data management tasks including cleansing, validation, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrates capability to identify and implement AI or automation solutions to increase efficiency in procurement and supplier management processes.
