About This Role
- Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories and functional artifacts (business process models, domain models, algorithms, diagrams, UX mockups) to guide development.
- Clarify and document functional and non-functional requirements, resolve conflicts through discussions with Business Process Owners, and update specifications accordingly.
- Serve as liaison between Business and Development teams, participate in sprint reviews and functional validation, and help identify key test scenarios for user requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years total work experience in IT environment, preferably with industrial/process-driven or laboratory industry exposure.
- 5-8 years experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Writer in IT.
- Degree: M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent in IT or related field.
- Working location: Bangalore; must work in same time zone as development team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain knowledge in industrial/process-driven environments, ideally laboratory industry, enabling effective cross-functional communication.
- Proven ability to decompose complex requirements into granular independent user stories with functional design tools (UML, user journeys).
- Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders from leadership to business users, demonstrating leadership to influence and drive alignment across teams.
