About This Role
- Own ARIS platform as product/business owner with accountability for availability, performance, and user experience.
- Administer ARIS environments including configuration, user/role management, access control, licensing, upgrades, and release planning.
- Lead RTB pod for operational stability, incident/problem/change management, service requests, continuous improvement, and run agile/lean ceremonies with SLAs/SLOs accountability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years total experience; 3+ years delivering BPM through ARIS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on ARIS administration skills including repository governance, configuration, and upgrades.
- Experience in ITIL-based service delivery (Incident/Problem/Change/Request management) and regulated environment with audit/regulatory control focus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise-scale BPM programs and business process modeling in retail domain preferred.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to communicate technical/process topics to senior executives.
- Operationally resilient leader with metrics-driven performance management and agile/lean operational mindset.
