About This Role
- Manage and grow portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts for Paytm’s payment gateway solutions, focusing on driving adoption and revenue.
- Act as primary client contact for escalations, business requirements; negotiate contracts, renewals, and deliver on activation and retention KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored payment solutions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities including UPI, Cards, BNPL, Wallets.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Merchant Management in Payments, Fintech, or BFSI domain.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets and account growth in Payments or Fintech B2B sales.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing strategic enterprise accounts within Payments or BFSI sectors with ability to handle C-level stakeholders.
- Strong skills in solution selling, negotiation, and client relationship management focused on payment technologies.
- Analytical and data-driven with ability to monitor transaction trends, market insights, and deliver business growth.
