Provide financial accounting consultation to leadership on complex ledger maintenance, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
Analyze and review financial data for accuracy and compliance with internal controls, producing account reconciliations and certifications.
Support risk and compliance management through functional advice, training, and collaboration with enterprise stakeholders.
Minimum 2+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting, or Risk Reporting (via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
Qualified CA, CFA, ICWA, or MBA-Finance preferred with 2+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Experience with regulatory return preparation for financial services, ideally covering US and International (UK/European capital & liquidity returns).
Shift timings fixed: IST 13:30 to 22:30.
Experienced in using next-generation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Confluence, Workiva for financial data management and reporting.
Strong understanding of regulatory control frameworks, governance, and compliance expectations in financial institutions.
Proven ability to improve processes for efficiency, control, and transparency, and collaborate effectively with data management and technology teams.
